This artisanal approach guarantees the uniqueness of each piece, but it also implies certain special conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

Products made to order

Since each lamp is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging.
